Description
- reconcile monthly prepayments and accruals
- oversee sales and purchase ledger
- produce various reconciliations for management accounts
- produce and review monthly management accounts
- deal with miscellaneous queries and requests from sites and management
- manage the day to day operations of the accounts department with the help of the Accountant
- manage and review the work of accounts staff with the help of the Accountant
- process bank transactions and investigate unknown items
- manage and complete the company pension auto-enrolment process
- oversee the payroll and reconcile wages to management accounts
- provide support to Accountant and Managing Director when needed
Profile
Management Accounts experience is essential.
Good knowledge of Excel
QBE/PQ/Actively studying
