Large international business looking for a Finance Manager to join the organisation and oversee their international finance team.

Our client is a large well known organisation based in Haywards Heath.

Description

Project expenditure allocations management

Income review and control oversight

Trial balance management, income and expenditure and balance sheet management accounting reporting, and balance sheet accounts review and reconciliation

Planning, budgeting and forecasting (entity basis) to assist in managing and achieving compliance to regulatory ratios

Financial compliance to local regulatory requirements

Sustain and improve existing relationships with auditors and accountants who provide local services.

Specifically enhance the India business relationship, understand local regulatory requirements and accounting processes adopted in India business unit, from a group financial reporting and control perspective

Profile

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Currently studying for relevant professional accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or significantly part qualified with relevant experience (qualified by experience)

Significant experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within an international organisation and multi-currency environment

Experience of managing external audit and financial statements preparation processes within an international group

Good knowledge of the international charity sector and the regulatory environment across jurisdictions and commitment to keeping this up to date
