Description

A highly successful practice, based in Guildford, is searching for a Private Client Manager / Senior Manager in a client focused and development focused role, with progression potential. You will be a senior member of the Tax group with a wide spectrum of responsibilities and key addition to the firms private client team. You will manage and oversee a significant portfolio of clients in a hands on technical capacity, delivering solutions on wide ranging, complex planning opportunities, across areas such as IHT, trusts, enquiry and investigations to name a few, as well as directing Tax services and managing people within the Tax department, approving and signing off work. As part of the role you will business develop existing and new clients, identifying planning opportunities and develop and build on your specialist areas of technical sector knowledge. With positive developments in the firm, there will be career progression on offer for individuals looking to progress their careers.

Profile

You will be ACA, ACCA, ATT and/or CTA qualified, or equivalent, with a practice or specialist tax firm background and demonstrable specialism within personal tax, at Private Client Manager / Senior Manager level. You will therefore be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with complex tax issues, project management experience, staff management and the ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably. You will be looking for a role with career progression and development potential, within a leading, accountancy practice firm environment as a Private Client Senior Tax Manager .

Job Offer

Salary between £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. An excellent benefits package will also be on offer.
