A well known business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their team.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will report into the Finance Director, responsible for the managing of reporting across all business units, to enable effective business decisions.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: revenue and trend analysis; management of 3 analysts in multifunctional departments; produce and maintain weekly trading report pack for the business and analysis of sales, margin and stock data; provide finance with timely and accurate data; provide financial and operational information to assist with decision making; build relationships with senior teams and business partnering relevant departments to provide support and challenge where appropriate.
The successful candidate will:
- Previous knowledge of working in a Commercial Role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Be studying towards/Finalist ACCA/CIMA - or have equivalent experience - Essential
