Assistant Risk and Control Manager
COO Office, Internal Audit
Assistant Risk and Control Manager within COO Office, Internal Audit has responsibility to support the Head of INA and COO to provide administrative support, manage operational risk of the department and provid high quality reports and management information for internal management, key stakeholders and regulators.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Risk and Control Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Administrative, logistics and secretarial activities are being properly handled to enhance the efficiency for the benefits of staff in HASE INA.
- Effective identification and assessment, monitoring, mitigation, management and reporting of Operational Risks including but not limited to Regulatory Compliance, Business Continuity, Information Security, Record Management, Conduct, etc.
- Preparation of high quality reports with consistent, appropriate and informative insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Good organization and time management skills
- Good understanding on Operational Risks
- Proficient in Chinese and can communicate in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
