Financial Accounts Administrator
The Company
Our client are Ireland's leading decorative paint brand and have been providing quality paint supplies and DIY materials to the trade and public since 1953.
The group consists of a network of 6 stores, as well as a Manufacturing plant based in Kildare which is at the cutting edge of paint technology. Their
passion for paint means they are truly the trail-blazers of the paint industry in Ireland.
The Role
Teamworx are now seeking applications for the position of Financial Accounts Administrator for their manufacturing plant, which is located in
Celbridge. This role will support the continuing expansion of the business through the management of teams within logistics, purchasing and
manufacturing.
The specific duties include:
Ø Bank reconciliations/adjustments/statements/transactions
Ø Maintain petty cash spread sheets/discrepancies/petty cast
Ø Produce reports as required
Ø Comply with company procedures regarding accounts and suppliers transactions
Ø Ensure all sales and invoices are recorded and reconciled correctly on the system
Ø Remain vigilant to any threats to company sensitive information
Ø Undertake other accounts duties in response to business needs.
Suitable candidates will have experience working in a similar role with some accounts payable exposure. IT stills along with the ability to learn new systems and
good interpersonal skills is a pre requisite.
