The firm acts for wide ranging clients, to encompass high profile, significant sized corporates and OMBs, SMEs across the region. Alongside the firm acts for a very ranging industry sector client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, along with director, individuals and high net worth clients on the private client/personal tax side. The firm has an emphasis on quality, both in terms of clients they act for and services provided and tends to attract positive individuals, with a passion for service and adding value.

Description

Joining as Accounts and Tax Client Manager, in a role offering progression and development potential based from the firms St. Ives offices you will take responsibility for managing the full provision of varied, all round accounts, tax and other practice services to a wide ranging portfolio of clients. Your portfolio will focus on a significant number of limited companies, SME's and OMBs, with a smaller element of sole traders and partnerships. Clients are varied in industry and in the range of £250,000 to £5million in turnover on this side. As well as managing the provision of accounts, tax and general practice services to your clients, in both a hands on and review role you will look to develop added value relationships with your clients, identifying opportunities such as business planning, systems improvements, profitability improvements and other project work. With ongoing growth within the firm, genuine opportunities for career progression and development are on offer, in a progressive and forward moving firm of chartered accountants. For career focused individuals scope to progress towards director/partner level is a genuine prospect and you have the opportunity to play a lead role in the further growth and development of this office.

Profile

You will be any of, ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified, recently qualified, or having anything from 1 to 3/4 years or more, post qualified experience, gained within an accountancy practice environment as a Client Manager, Assistant Manager or similar Accounts and Tax Client Manager level. Your experience will have been gained in any of Top ten, 50, large/medium/small, independent firm background.
You will have a strong grounding in a mixture of any of - audit, accounts and tax or a focused career within accounts, tax and general accountancy practice services and you will be looking to progress your career, within a highly successful firm of accountants.

Job Offer

£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on the background and experience of the right individual, negotiable, plus benefits
