Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices to the correct purchase orders.
- Resolving general ledger codes and invoice queries.
- Managing electronic invoice supplier accounts.
- Reconciling supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure that all suppliers are paid promptly.
- Raising all payments posted.
- Working with management accounts.
- Ensuring cost base nominal accounting is used.
- Liaising with internal departments and external parties.
- Raising Chaps, BACS and Cheque payments.
- To maintain good internal controls with respect to the purchase ledger function.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Intermediate Excel skills - Vlookups & Pivots.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team.
