Senior eCommerce Technical Business Analyst (BSA)
Summary Serve as a key member of the digitaleCommerce team of a Dallas based industry leader that offers tons of advancement opportunity and a family atmosphere!! You'll convert business requirements into functional and softwaretechnical requirements, analyze system integration impacts and define integration requirements for their eCommerce platform – the bread and butter of the organization! Responsibilities Research, design, create, document, implement, maintain and support eCommerce systems that support customer and internal user needs developing detailed knowledgeexpertise in applications assigned. Convert business requirements into functional and softwaretechnical requirements providing significant input to system specifications and design. Capture non–functional and other system requirements (e.g., supported browsers, security, system performance expectations, etc.). Analyze system integration impacts and define integration requirements. Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Attend demos and review completed sprint development for accuracy. Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and the development team to ensure requirements are understood. Participate in andor coordinate required testingvalidation of system fixes, which may include creating the actual test cases or reviewing test cases created by QA. Requirements Seven+ years of experience as a Technical Business System Analyst (BSA) Experience with eCommerce (e–Commerce) web applications (Oracle CommerceATG is a plus) in areas such as Product CatalogProduct Listing PageProduct Detail Page, Shopping Cart, Check–out and Payment Methods. Experience converting functional requirements for developers including details such as integrations and data requirements providing input to system specifications and design. Experience capturing non–functional and other system requirements (e.g., supported browsers, security, system performance expectations, etc.). SQL Experience following the Agile methodology.
