Product Owner – Digital Sales Experience
The purpose of the Digital Sales Experience Tribe is to deliver exciting and engaging digital experiences that delivers sales.
As a Product Owner you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary and technically focused Squad to pursue its delivery of work. You will ensure that the work is operationally and strategically aligned to the Tribes mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies.
Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is an influencing role where you will be galvanising the squad and external stakeholders around a vision and supporting them achieve business and customer goals.

Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience developing digital vision and roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to influence and leading teams focussed on execution
- May have previous experience developing strategies, designing and implementing end to end digital experience, dealing with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, managing agency relationships
- Ability to create, prioritise, sequence and maintain the Product Backlog, aligning with multiple strategies/objectives
- Knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks and the role of the Product Owner in the framework
- Experience elaborating Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
- Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint and ensure the Squad remains aligned to these
- Experience engaging customers and stakeholders to ensure the Squad is building the right product and course corrects if needed
- Experience using metrics to ensure feedback from customers is captured as well as continually reviews product progress
- Experience providing ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management
- Experience working with offshore development teams
