Part Qualified Accountant

Our client, an up and coming IT company based in Portstewart, is seeking to recruit an experienced Part Qualified Accountant for a progressive role within their organisation.  You should be capable of preparation of monthly management accounts and financial accounting. THE ROLE Manage the day to day running of the finance function Prepare managment accounts to Trial Balance Manage charity clients accounts reconcilation Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Preparation and filing of VAT returns and Department of Finance returns Preparation of Invest NI claims Deal with customer finance queries General finance related administrative functions Liaise with accountants regarding Year End Financial Accounts and Payroll KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION CCAB Part Qualified Accountant (consideration will be given to AAT qualified with significant experience) Excellent interpersonal skills Good systems knowledge with advanced excel skills Experience working with accounting software (ideally experience with Xero) Ability to prioritise workload Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
