Our client is China's leading supply chain financing fund. They currently have a strong presence in the energy, construction and medical sectors offering financing to suppliers of these industries.

Description
  • Establish an overseas fund-raising/financing platform based on the company's business, develop and maintain various overseas financing/fund-raising channels
  • Leading the overseas financing/fund-raising department, formulating overseas financing plans, docking the company's overseas financing institutions and handling related cooperation matters
  • Control and supervise the specific implementation of the financing plan and analyse the financing benefits


Profile
  • 10 years of relevant experience in financing, with experience in issuing bonds, structured financing and open market financing of listed companies in Hong Kong
  • Solid financial knowledge, familiar with various financing methods such as bank credit, private equity, funds, etc., familiar with the procedures and operations of capital operation projects;
  • Strong network of overseas fund-raising channels
  • Candidates need to have both sell side structured financing, DCM, private financing experience, on top of experienced within a publicly listed company.

  • Proficient in English and Cantonese
