Your new company
You will be working for a market leading Engineering firm based in the Warrington area. they are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis. This organisation is a Global business who specialise in multiple sectors.
Your new role
You will be working directly for the Finance Director and will be completing duties such as, Assisting with yearend and month-end tasks as required, Supporting the production of monthly management accounts responsible for accruals, prepayments and ad hoc journals, Reconciliation of intercompany ledgers, Responsible for monthly allocation of costs to contracts, Assistance with tax processes, Responsible for purchasing control accounts including KPI reporting to monitor performance, any adhoc duties from Management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous Assistant Accountant experience, have a keen eye for detail, be able to navigate a large ERP system, be part qualified CIMA or ACCA.
