A well known business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team.
Description
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: processing of invoice payments; ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the AP function; matching GRNs to invoices; ensuring invoices are approved; supplier statement reconciliations; responding to and resolving queries; day to day management of a small team; allocating payments; liaising with various internal and external stakeholders; weekly payment runs.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in an AP role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
