Job Responsibilities:
• Leading a small team to manage the accounts payable, accounts receivables, debt collection and general ledger 
• Managing annual audits for octopus group and its subsidiaries and evaluating impacts of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements 
• Leading projects related to system interface with general ledger and other system enhancements such as exceptions handling and reconciliations between different systems in octopus 
• Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures for finance department 
• Responsible for the evaluation of the feasibility of new business ventures and investment projects

• Qualified Accountant with a bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance; candidate with a Master’s degree in related discipline would be an advantage 
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience with 5 years’ work experience in Big 4 accounting firms; experience in Banking, Financial or IT industry is preferred 
• Experienced in Oracle ERP and Oracle Discoverer systems 
• Experience in exceptions handling of systems would be an advantage 
• Good business acumen and attentive to details and accuracy 
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Chinese
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
