Description
This role is reporting in to the Finance Director.
The duties include:
- Processing and analysis of payroll
- Review current payroll and improve process and model
- Put in processes to monitor and forecast hours
- Calculate bonus payments
- Assist with project work
- General process improvements
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be advanced MS Excel - Pivot tables and Vlook-Ups as a minimun - Essential
- Have experience with high volume data management - Essential
- Be naturally analytically minded - Desirable
- Be a strong communicator at all levels - Essential

This role is looking to pay from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
