The client, a large technology company based in Victoria, are looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team in Victoria. They are a global organisation that specialise in highly technological products. The client are a global organisation with offices in both the US and UK. They specialise in the production of specialist technology used in the home, and are looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. They are based in South West London (Victoria) and they have an excellent company culture.
Description
The successful Staff Accountant will be:
- Processing the vendor invoices
- Reconciliations of the vendor accounts
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Expense reports
- Liaise with couriers and suppliers in Netherlands
- Monthly accruals
- BP with the Sales, Ops and HR team
- Inter company billings and recharges
Profile
The successful Staff accountant will:
- Be resourceful
- Have good communication skills
- Be dynamic
- Confident
- Have good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Summifs)
- Have about 1-3 years of Finance and Accounting experience
- Have experience doing Accounts Payable invoicing
- Dutch speaking is desirable (not essential)
