We are recruiting for an Associate in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services. Working in this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide GAAP conversion services to the clients
- Provide accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS) to clients
- Write memos/issue papers on accounting issues
- Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/US GAAP impact assessment on cross border transactions
- Provide transaction oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, complex capital raising and financing structures,complex financial instruments, revenue recognition and leases.
- Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, US GAAP and Ind AS
Qualification: ACCA qualified with 0-2 year’s experience.
