Finance Manager

A medium sized SME based in Maidenhead that has an aggressive growth strategy for the next 5 years are searching for a finance manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent chance for a senior financial accountant or current management accountant to join a finance manager position.

Description

You will be managing part of the P&L, ensuring all statutory accounts are completed on time, VAT management and also preparing quarterly board packs to present to senior stakeholders within the organisation. You will also be a key part of the system improvement team to ensure systems and procedures are improved continuously.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with the aspirations to progress throughout the organisation. You will have experience within management accounts and be comfortable managing a teams. You will also be a hands on finance manager rather than purely overseeing the finance function.
