Summary

We are seeking an experienced Major Account Executive to join our Business Development Team. This position is responsible for generating new business by managing and maintaining business relationship in assigned accounts. The incumbent drives key account strategies and take charge in prospecting track record.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC Brokerage Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible:

  • Active engagement with customer through regular sales visits and monthly/quarterly performance reviews
  • Achieve the sales target
  • Develop customer relationship and its stability
  • Increase market share and meet sales objectives
  • Undertake a leading role for RFI/RFQ opportunity
  • Collaborate with relevant Corporate and Regional functions to secure and further increase customer sales
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Participate in customer meeting

Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in any industry
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of the assigned Industry vertical including trends, opportunities and threats
  • Proven Sales records in selling Supply Chain Management Solutions and services will be an added advantage
  • Highly result oriented, place great emphasis on customer, passionate, sales driven and self-motivated
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation skills and good in nurturing customer relationship
  • Highly adaptable to organization changes in a dynamic environment
  • Possess the ability to review, analyze and understand Contract/Agreement
  • Possess good planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
