My client, an Irish company based in Sandyford are seeking an immediately available accounts payable specialist for a 3-6 month contract role initially.
Job Description:
· Responsibility to input c500 supplier invoices monthly
· Reconciliation of supplier accounts
· Selection of invoices for payment, depending on account payment terms
· Preparation of supplier payments
· Analysis of supplier invoices, costs
Requirements:
· An experienced Accounts Payable Accountant with a successful track record of working in a complex environment to tight deadlines.
· Good IT knowledge, particularly Excel
· Willing to work ‘hands on' within a small team and assist where required
· Some knowledge of French would be an advantage as much invoicing is from French speaking companies but it's not essential
