Description
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Chasing invoice via phone and email
- Working alongside the collections team
- tracking customer information accurately
- handling customer complaints and queries
- meeting accountancy collections targets weekly
Profile
the Junior Credit controller should have:
- Exposure in a credit control environment
- Strong understating of collection process
- Clear communication skills
- Written and spoken English
- Able to work effectively solo
- Available for interview in the coming weeks
