As a Financial Reporting Manager you'll work as part of the Group Accounting and reporting team based in Coventry. Responsible for supporting the Group Accounting and Reporting team, who are responsible for ensuring quality, consistency and compliance of our financial reporting with accounting standards and internal controls framework.

Description

Responsible for supporting the Group Accounting and Reporting team, who are responsible for providing quality, consistent and compliant financial reporting within the correct accounting standards and internal controls framework.

In this role you'll focus on all aspects of technical accounting, financial reporting processes and controls within the expanding global business environment.

In preparation of our consolidated results for reporting, you'll identify opportunities to develop and enhance reporting processes and management information packs.

Build strong relationships in the business, partnering across the organisation providing financial support around new product lines and business decision making, as well as independently managing your own workload.

Opportunity to support both your work and personal development objectives, and provide an exciting opportunity to develop and implement new ideas.

In addition to this, you'll provide guidance and coaching to develop the team along with junior team members.

Profile

As the Financial Reporting Manager in Asset Accounting you will be

Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA

Experience of working with a large and reputable firm of accountants

highly driven

proactive approach,

able to confidently lead others.

Good interpersonal skills to a new level by demonstrating a naturally engaging and persuasive style which, paired with enthusiasm, will allow you to make a positive impact across the wider finance community and when delivering presentations.

Strong business partnering skills where you can effectively build and nurture relationships,

Proven track record of process and controls improvements would be essential to the role.
