An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a high-growth, private equity-backed, mid-market jewellery business. It has grown extensively over the last year from £15m to £25m from a combination of organic growth and its popularity amongst high profile celebrities. Due to this exponential growth, the need has arisen for a hands-on Finance Manager to join the business in order to tighten financial controls and processes. This is a critical hire, stemming from the need to increase capacity in the Finance team and implement best practise policies in the business. You will have a Management Accountant reporting into you and will report into a highly regarded Financial Controller.

- Reviewing processes and making improvements
- Producing the month-end pack
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Liaising with auditors
- Ad-hoc project-based tasks
The Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Experience creating detailed board packs
- Experience owning process improvement
- Experience producing Financial Accounts
- Knowledge of current IFRS standards
- Experience liaising with auditors
- The role would be ideal for someone who has previous experience as a Finance Manager or someone who is looking to step up from Financial/Management Accountant.
