Page are proud to represent a fantastic company that are going from strength to strength in the techology world in the heart of London. They are looking for a Credit Supervisor (Italian speaking) to join their growing accountancy team and head up their credit control team.
Description
- Chasing invoices via phone and email
- Keeping track of the teams progress
- Reporting into management on the status of the teams progress and their focus
- Managing and motivating the team
- Managing disputes and customer queries
- Manage a personal portfolio of accounts with cash collection and aged debt targets
- Maintaining and enforcing credit policies and procedures
- Liaising with the wider accountancy team
Profile
- At least 3 years experience as a Credit Supervisor (Italian speaking)
- Strong attention to detail
- Brilliant communication skills
- Able to manage and motivate a team
- Italian speaking is essential - additional European languages would be advantageous
- A positive mental attitude
- Able to work in London
