岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
•Support business growth through professional finance analysis and business partnership.
•Support sales department on quotation and bidding process.
•Collect cost information from all related manufacture plant, provide cost analysis, benchmarking, monitor cost variance.
•Involve in intercompany transfer price process in accordance with Group policies
•Set up accounting and reporting process
•Prepare monthly report, annual budget, quarterly forecast and presentations.
•Prepare Accounting & Finance presentations for Regional board meetings as well as performance reviews
•Special projects management reports based on business requirement.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in an international environment.
• Experience as finance analyst and knowledge of costing
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines
• Excellent excel and data mining skills
• Experience with ERP systems，especially in garment industry software systems
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
