Executive Assistant to the Group Audit Director and Team
Becoming an Executive Assistant to Group Audit Director and Team with Capita Group:
You will provide personal assistant and administrative support to the Group Audit Director along with the Audit leadership team. This role is based at our flagship Head Office in central London on Berners Street.
What you will do:
Diary management for the Group Audit Director
Arrange meetings and travel
Attend and arrange management team meetings and proactively take actions and follow up as appropriate including succession and talent reviews
Printing and preparation of confidential documents
Administration support to the Group Audit Team
Your experience will include:
- Previous Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant level experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to deal with confidential data
- Organised with the ability to multi task
