Payment Analyst Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Pay Rate: £9.63 per hour

Job role:
The role is to process payments in relation to PPI complaints; this role will require data validation against customer details prior to releasing the payment.
Highly motivated and results orientated, remaining focused on quality to ensure that information is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
This is a 6 month temporary role, offering a pay rate of £9.63 per hour. You will be working Monday to Friday 8 hours 8am and 6pm. During your first few weeks you will receive excellent support and training.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Process payment requests, ensuring that information is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Due care and consideration given to prevent regulatory & DPA breaches.
- Plan, check and review own work for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors prior to dispatch.
- Contributes to an environment where colleagues want to work and our customers feel valued and want to do business with us.
- To liaise with internal & external customer via telephone or letter.
- Carry out any additional miscellaneous duties as required.
KEY CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A team player that is self motivated.
- Good Judgement and decision making skills.
- Experience of communicating with customers in a written format & verbally.
- Display a positive "can do" attitude.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload and work accurately within given timescales.
