Mortgage Advisor

Our Client is a global financial services company in Dublin City Centre.

We are looking for a candidate with a sales/mortgage/banking background

Responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for:

Writing new mortgage business on behalf of the company
Dealing with all inbound mortgage queries generated through marketing and from our existing team of financial advisors
Working with existing client bank for the development of mortgage sales
Advising and managing clients throughout the complete mortgage cycle
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Meet clients in their place of work or home to complete Mortgage applications, sometimes outside of normal business hours
Managing and reviewing the work of more junior staff
Maintaining and developing market knowledge and information on all mortgage products and related services
Exceeding financial targets in a fully compliant manner

Key Requirements

QFA Qualification are an advantage
2 years experience in sales/mortgage/banking
A full clean drivers license
Own car

Remuneration

Competitive basic salary
Uncapped commission Structure
