When you're on our Advisory team , you specialize in a particular competency - Performance Improvement (PI), Risk, or IT Risk & Assurance. You also have the opportunity to work across disciplines with professionals who have broad industry sector experience and deep subject-matter knowledge. In Advisory, our growth strategy focuses on being account-centric, issue based and competency-driven. That's what differentiates Ernst & Young in the Advisory marketplace. As Staff of the Performance Improvement team, you'll contribute to areas such as strategy, business process reengineering, organizational transformation, change management, people advisory services, digital transformation, IT solutions and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team. In line with Ernst & Young's commitment to quality, you'll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next level reviewer. Responsibilities - Participate in areas such as strategy, business process reengineering, organizational transformation, change management, people advisory services, IT solutions and internal projects -Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress - Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams - Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties - Support the process of proposal preparation and submission - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel as well as build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the Firm - Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services - Understand EY and its service lines and actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply EY's services. Requirements: - Strong academic record including a Bachelors and/or a Masters degree in any of the following designations: Strategic Planning, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, Public Policy, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, International Relations or any other related field **Relevant work experience will be considered an asset - Qualities such as: critical thinking, analytical skills, keen eye for detail strong communication; verbal and written proactive, innovative, results oriented and committed to high quality high standard of integrity, self- motivated, energetic, enthusiastic to learn and grow and willing to go the extra mile **Successful candidates must be available to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
