Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree major Accounting (fresh grads are welcome)
- Computer literacy (MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. Powerpoint)
- Possesses high learning agility and accuracy
Job Descriptions
- To ensure the distribution of invoices into proper AP Inputter Staff
- To input all invoices into G-docs and follow up the pending/revised invoices to the vendor
- To handover the invoices to other teams (tax team, accounting team, etc) on time
- To follow up the email regarding invoices' reception and payment schedule or any urgent matters
