We are looking to recruit an Invoice Administrator for a vibrant busy Clifton based business. The candidate will ideally have experience in accounts payable and reconciliations.

The role is a full time position at 35hrs a week.

Duties will cover:
- Promptly and accurately process all purchase invoices
- Promptly and accurately process all trade sales
- Generate sales invoices daily
- Process purchase invoices in order to prepare suppliers’ payments on due dates
- Resolve promptly all outstanding queries on suppliers’ statements
- Liaise with the regional offices to resolve any issues with invoicing from orders
- Provide information as requested by the Invoicing Team Manager
- General office administration including filing
- Lunchtime reception rota cover
- Ad-hoc duties
Essential

- Excellent organisational skills
Desirable
- AAT level 2 or 3
