Rapidly growing organisation in Wytheshawe seeks Accounts Payable Clerks due to internal progressions.
Robert Walters have partenered with a fast growing organisation in Wythenshawe to recruit multiple Accounts Payable Clerks on a temporary to permanent basis. They are ideally looking for a clerks available to start immediately, who are experienced in high volume environments. Large shared service centre experience would be a bonus.
Role Specification:
* High volume invoice processing
* Handling queries
* Raising purchase orders
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Liaising with suppliers
* Ad-hoc additional finance tasks
Person Specification
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise and communicate effectively at all levels across the business, and externally
* An all-round team player
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Experience in a Purchase Ledge Function
* Ideally some experience of Sage 200
