You have a background in Finance business partnering and are skilled in financial analysis and management accounting and hold an understanding of influential communication with the ability to package information effectively for senior audiences and to build strong stakeholder relationships.

As a Finance Manager in our Consulting National team your impact will be seen by:
- Owning the analytical and commercial insights of your allocated business units as well as taking the lead on planning and forecasting for these businesses within agreed timeframes.
- Building business relationships to provide insightful financial analysis and solutions for Business Unit Leaders.
- Partnering with key stakeholders in operations and management to identify gaps and opportunities to improve profitability, using financial data to influence decision making.
- Providing proactive financial analysis, commentary and advice in respect of revenue, cost performance and trends.
- Driving operational excellence within the business and facilitating training sessions accordingly.
