Finance Manager

Finance Manager required for a prestigious service provider based in Luton who are undergoing a period of sustained growth. Whilst reporting to the Financial Controller and managing a small team of part qualified and qualified accountants the Finance Manager will oversee the management and Financial reporting as well as play a role in supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle. Key accountabilities include: Preparation of the Monthly and Annual reporting packs for submission to Group, Management of the team including allocating work load and on-going training and development, Supporting the Budgeting and planning process, Statutory reporting to IFRS, VAT oversight for the European operations, cash-flow analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, management of the internal and external audit, regular communication and guidance to the outsourced payables and receivables team, management accounting and ad-hoc duties. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant ACA or ACCA with between 1 to 5 years post qualified exposure and strong technical accounting skills.
