Management Accountant - Newcastle plc

LSLi is a group of 9 Estate Agency brands and a key contributor to our highly successful parent business - LSL Property Services plc. With estate agency branches across the South East of England, LSLi is a growing part of the LSL business through both organic and acquisitive growth. We are currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant into our Finance team within our Newcastle upon Tyne based head office. Key Duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: Timely and accurate preparation of month end accounts and all supporting schedulesAnalysis and calculation of company expenditureProviding back up support on elements of other roles within the Management Accounts functionAd hoc tasks and reporting with a view to improving performanceA broad finance role with exposure to multiple P&Ls, Balance Sheets and Management InformationAssisting in the monthly review and audit of lettings accounting and client monies. The ideal candidate will be a part qualified Accountant or Account Technician and be either AAT qualified or studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Full study and financial support for completion of your qualification will be provided.
