Your new company
Your new organisation are a well known global specialist based in the heart of the City Centre. They are currently going through an acquisition and are opening their doors to experienced individuals to join their business on a contract basis.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for a full Accounts Payable Function. You will be working alongside a fast paced AP team. You will be expected to carry out all Accounts Payable duties such as:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years worth of Accounts Payable experience. Candidates from large shared service based environments will be desired as they will be able to pick up with the pace and working demand. If you have prior experience in a Real Estate and Property based business then your application may also be favoured given the nature of business.

- Processing supplier invoices
- Managing queries
- Matching and Batching invoices
- Chasing PO numbers
- Liaising with suppliers to request invoices
- Scanning invoices on to APB system
- Reconcile and review supplier statements
