Accounts Payable Assistant

Exciting luxury fashion brand based in Central London are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant to start immediately for a minimum of six months for their growing financial team.

This brand has recently relaunched and is currently experiencing major growth and are looking for driven, personable individuals to be a part of this. You will be part of a small team and will be reporting directly with the Accounts Payable Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices and statements
* Ensuring all payments are made within company policy and within payment terms deadlines
* Performing credit checks on new customers and current customers who wish to increase their credit limit/payment terms
* Reporting on a weekly basis in relation to aged creditors and any escalation with regards to timely cash collection
* Track and report internal monthly KPI's
* Complete quarterly supplier statement reconciliations

Skill Set:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Efficient and effective stakeholder management
* Be attentive and accurate in data input
* Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial focused environment
* Competent system skills
* Able to work to deadlines
* A minimum of 12-18 months experience
