This is an exciting opportunity for an Recruitment Business Partner to support in the recruitment of new employees across a wide range of Professional Corporate Services. You will build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and prospective employees. Use innovative sourcing methods to create campaigns and source talent in designated regions across the UK; for key, hard to fill and high-volume roles. Working in partnership with line managers, operators and HR colleagues, the recruiter will ensure the provision of a professional, effective and efficient recruitment service that pro-actively that meets business needs and all regulatory, legislative and quality standards. Responsibility will include;
  • Liaising with managers on recruitment requirements, assisting with creating job descriptions and putting together recruitment advertisements. Organising and attending recruitment interviews. Reducing risk and increasing confidence when making people decisions. Owning the full life-cycle of a vacancy from brief to sourcing, setting up interviews and making offers.
  • Developing and executing high volume, multi-channel recruitment campaigns, providing relevant and effective recommendations for route to market to ensure the best attraction.
  • Preparing compelling job adverts for advertising roles utilising the employer brand tool-kit. Coaching line managers through the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conducting searches to fill key roles and sell the benefits to candidates of working within Group.
  • Maintain candidate contact throughout the recruitment process keeping them informed of progress and next steps.
  • Support stakeholders and line managers around Employee Law related Issues.
  • Work with the HR Administration team to ensure the timely processing of recruitment administration and ensure all compliance checks meet current legislative requirements.
  • Use Social Media to attract talent and promote the Group Brand.
