I am currently working with an extremely successful business services company to recruit for a Management Accountant Assistant on a full time basis. This role is going to be a maternity cover contract which is due to last up to 12 months, however, could become Permanent thereafter.
The main responsibilities of the Management Accountant Assistant will be supporting the Management Accountant with the reporting and ensuring accurate monthly P&L and trial balance reporting is provided to the business. Some of the duties the role will include are preparing and presenting monthly financial reports, stock reconciliation, fixed asset reconciliation, VAT returns for 2 companies and providing general support and cover for the Management Accountant whenever needed.
Ideally suitable candidates will have previous experience within a Management Accountant Assistant role, have excellent communications skills and a strong knowledge of Excel. Experience of using SAP is also desirable, but not a necessity.
