Reed Accountancy are working with an organisation in Maldon who are looking to hire a temporary Accounts Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for somebody with some accountancy / finance experience who is looking to broaden their skillset.
This is a full time temporary vacancy, due to start ASAP on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be paid at £10 per hour (PAYE) and be eligible for REED benefits (see below).
Responsibilities:
Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
Credit Control
Prepare budgets
Maintain reports
Keep records of invoices and tax payments
Identify and address account discrepancies
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience within a similar position
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Meticulous eye for detail
AAT qualification highly desirable
Immediately available to start work with no notice period
