Management Accountant

One of Worksop's most exciting businesses with an annual turnover of £50 million are looking to expand their finance team by hiring a Management Accountant. Their vacancy will suit a studying Management Accountant that is willing to support the Head of Finance with the provision of high quality management accounting, whilst providing key support to the wider business. This role is available to graduates and part-qualified studiers.

In your role as the Assistant Management Accountant you will take on various duties and responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

*Assisting in the production of the monthly and annual Management Accounts including journals and reviews, reconciliations, variance analysis, forecast updates, commentary and key information population
*Reconciliation of Balance Sheets
*Provide support to the Management Accountant on Annual Business Planning
*Support and contribute to effective financial reporting and support to customer Budget Managers
*Recommending process/operations improvements to process already in place
*Build relationships at all levels and establish absolute credibility with stakeholders, particularly colleagues, and covey information effectively
*Meet deadlines through effective organisational skills

If you have any experience and financial knowledge within the Transport or Logistics industry then please clearly detail this on your CV. Likewise, should you have had any exposure to Microsoft Excel (VBA, SQL, pivot tables/vlookups/macros) or any other financial software then please make sure this is highlighted.
