One the UK's leading property advisors has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Accountant.
Managing a portfolio of multiple clients.
Set up clients, property and units on TRAMPS.
Issuing monthly adn quarterly rent demand and invoices.
Preparing refundinf requests.
Preparing adn reconciliation of cleint statements.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation in accordance with RICS and FSA.
Transfer of funds to clients within batches.
Prepare periodic VAT reports and VAT reconciliations.
Prepare service charge packs.
Reconcile year end service charges.
Tramps software and Qube preferable but not essential.
Experience in a client accountant environment in a similar role.
The ability to work with a minimum of supervision is essential.
Excellent communication and numeracy skills are required.
Good working knowledge of the usual office IT systems (outlook/word/excel) is important.
Strong team player who is outgoing and self motivated.
Someone who enjoys working in a busy, vibrant environment.
