A well known family owned business in the Swindon area is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the company on a 6 month temporary contract.

This is an exciting opportunity and there is a chance it could go permanent at the end of the contract.

We are looking for someone with at least a year's finance experience and someone that is competent and willing to learn. You must also be a personable individual who is friendly, responsive and hard working.

Your duties will include:
- Setting up suppliers
- Register and cost invoices received in email inbox and post daily and file.
- Scan invoices and attach the relevant entry into the system
- Cost all invoices by the end of the month
- Reconciling statements
- Selecting invoices for payment and process payment runs when required
- Dealing with supplier and site queries
- Providing cover within the wider Finance team when required.

This will be a full time position and their is car parking on site.
