Management of AP/AR accounting, including administration of payment runs and bank reconciliation
Ensuring in-time cash collections
Preparation of fixed asset accounting
Responsible for the travel expenses accounting process
Preparation of month-end statements as well as annual statutory accounts
Assistance with tax statements
Administration of office contracts and agreements with suppliers
Ihr Profil:
Successfully completed professional training or studies in Business Administration (or a comparable field)
2-3 years of experience in accounting
Good skills in working witth MS Office
Experience with an ERP system would be an advantage
Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
Quality awareness
Ability to work well in a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
