about the company

Our client is a market leading company which has established strong presence in the Real Estate sector. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for an Accounting Manager with supervisory experience, focusing on the Accounts Payable function.

about the job

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will act as a team lead of the Accounts Payable function with a small team to lead. You will be overseeing the Accounts Payable function, preparing and reviewing reconciliation reports, purchase order and ensuring the smooth operation of Accounts Payable team. In addition, you will perform analysis and partner with other units to make sure timely payment performed by the team.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance/related discipline; professional qualifications is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience with supervision experience; AP experience highly preferred but not necessarily in current position
  • Experience with Real Esate sector/ high volume transactions environment
  • Can-do attitude, flexible with good communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
