Environment
Provide SG China Corporate and Financial institution clients with full range of Cash Management products and solutions (Inward/Outward Remittance Service, E -Banking, Collection Solution, Structured Cash Management, Liquidity Management and Investment Products, etc); Act as primary point of contact and accountability for Cash Management and related activities to clients and Relationship Managers.
Mission
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
Business
- Work with Relationship Managers to proactively acquire new clients and establish cash management relationship with clients.
- Actively sell full range of cash management products and solutions to prospects and existing clients.
- Deepen cash management ties with clients through delivering tailored - made cash and liquidity management solutions to meet clients' sophisticated cash management requirements.
- Regularly visit clients to further cultivate the relationship and to penetrate in the cash wallet.
- Implement and drive business related marketing campaigns.
- Build up strong cash management pipeline and work hard to push for pipeline closing.
- Coordinate on new sales initiative, track and push for deal closing with branches, provide support to branch cash sales force.
Financials
- Achieve business/ revenue targets allocated for Cash Management Sales
- Protect the business' bottom line by regularly reviewing business profitability streams to each case.
- Meet target of new client acquisition as business plan.
- Ensure professional implementation of Cash Management Sales activities including calling plan, call memo, pipeline, etc.
Process
- Conduct effective consultative selling and service that meet customer needs.
- Meet group standard of service quality
- Response to RFP by delivering high quality cash proposals in a timely manner.
- Build up/present structured quotation of cash management for customer
Team Work
- Proactively contribute to team performance
- Cooperative and supportive to other team members
Compliance Issues
- Comply with money laundering prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, during on-going business process
Other tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Profile
Candidate Profile
Academic Background (degree and major)
- Bachelor graduate in the discipline of international trade, business administration, accounting or economics,
Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how
- with at least 3 years' banking experience
- Solid product and sales knowledge with at least 5 years experience in relevant roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Self-starter and good team player
- Strong communication skills and fluent oral and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills
Language Skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and English(both written and spoken)
Computer Skill
- Well versed in MS Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)
