The purpose of this role is to support the EB business in developing the Employer & Employee values and identifying business opportunity, thorugh the collaboration with Wealth Management/MPF and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with MPF and other key stakeholders to drive the Employee Banking business
- Drive and implement segment campaigns and client events that aim at expanding Employee Banking customer base, enhancing product penetration and increase stickiness
- Work closely with Sales team to ensure delivery of business objectives
- Drive and implement initiatives that aim to enhance revenue, footings and stickiness of Employee Banking segment;
Requirements:
- Strong language ability & analytical skills
- Experience in bank segment or product areas is preferable.
- University graduate, preferably in a business or finance related discipline
- Good communication skills and project management skills, with excellent capability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed minded, reliable and well organized, mature and independent, self-motivated / a strong team player
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
