Client Details

A £10mill turnover company based in South Cambridge

Description

* Provide commentary and insight to monthly business reviews
* Assist with preparation of sales against prior year, budget and current forecast
* Responsible for coordinating monthly management account consolidation including variance analysis

* Working with the financial team to ensure a smooth month end close with all statutory and group timetables being met
* Provide support to the financial team for year end audits and month end closes
* Prepare detailed cash planning for respective territories
* Responsible for co-ordinating the group budget/forecast setting process, including consolidation
* Assist with the preparation of supporting narrative for budgets/forecasts to parent company

Prepare IFRS 16 calculations

Profile

A qualified/chartered accountant

Budgeting and forecasting in a multi-company/currency environment

A demonstrable understanding of UK GAAP and overseas variations

A knowledge of IFRS

Experience of Sage 1000
