Our client is a leading services company within the consultancy space, they have created a new headcount to cope with the business expansion.

About the job

In this role, you will be directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and leading a team of five. You are responsible to conduct risk analysis and assessment on existing vendors and new businesses,. You will lead the team to revamp the control framework, report to the HQ on the latest trends in asia and educate business leaders on the control framework. You should have experience in leading, identifying and resolving risks and provide solutions to the executive members.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in relevant experience
• Knowledge of regulatory / statutory policies and industry best practices.
• Solid experience in internal control/ contract review
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Less experience candidate might be considered for the Manager opening
